Scott’s Favorite Wing Sauces
Here is the first of my “favorites” videos. In this one (with my oldest son in tow) I discuss what I think are the all-time best buffalo (unbreaded) and hot (breaded) chicken wing sauces in Mild, Medium and Hot categories.
Purchasing information is listed below for each company. If you’re interested in trying the sauces I mentioned above, please me sure to tell them I sent you.

I never heard of Ott’s. Do they have hotter products that are worth trying? CaJohn’s Jolokia/10 is one hot wing sauce, but the flavor of the 10 hot sauce coming through with flying colors. Definitely one of the best wing sauces, but I still give the nod to Defcon 1 & 2. Then Wy’s Wing Sauces are not far behind.
Buddah, no Ott’s stuff is pretty mild. They make all kinds of salad dressings and sauces, but the Wing sauce is the spiciest stuff they’ve got. It’s very similar to Defcon in taste and thickness but there’s a bit more of a vinegar/vegetable twang and a slightly smoother consistency. It’s also pretty damned good.
