Doug Hands out Chocolate Covered Habs to the Chileheads
With all the videos from the Peppers on the Beach show, I figured I would put these together first. You will see why once you see Carol. I think we all have a little devil in all of us, and when the heat got the better of Carol, I knew I had a great video on my hands. Since I had the first pepper, the videos start off with me, then continues with Firehead Thomas, then to JayT of thehotpepper.com and his bud John and last but certainly not least then to our brave newbie Carol. Those guys made me feel like a lightweight. I made 2 trips to get ice cream to cool the burn in my tummy. Well, enjoy the video montage.

Funny Stuff. You missed the girl on Sunday that tried one. Her face turned bright red – and she went right for the sour cream (or yogurt, not sure what Marylin had up there). I like Doug with Carol- he’s like a game show host. “eat it down to the stem and i’ll buy you a Rita Ice – lol priceless. :_toastbeer:

No – it was at my booth, towards the end of the day.
That was a rush…I got more of burn from that chocolate covered hab then I did from Defcon Zero! What a great time with great people:)
I got a lot of burn from that as well. Most of the weekend. Best burn though was from Race City’s Intimidator. Taste and burn were great.
Those things looked awesome as do most things covered in chocolate, but the reactions told of the hidden peril that some faced. Doug got me with the smoke dried naga powder. I think I left a kidney somewhere in the parking lot of Peppers…

Love the Buddah comment about “getting ice cream in about an hour” – too damn funny!!!
Those chocolate covered habs were great. Mine wasn’t as hot as some others apparently, but it tasted great. That smoked naga powder was a ripper though. The hottest thing I had all weekend.
Doug gave me the rest of the jar of it. I have yet to try it though. Chad’s dance of the fire gods type of reaction scared me. lol

Thank you, heard about this site from scotts site. Have been a chilihead my entire life, just getting into the internet part of it. This seems to be one of the best places. Nice to meet you also, and can’t wait to become more involved. :_thumbsup:
Thanks Mark, we aim to please. Check out the “Spicy Events” on the left side area and see if there is an event coming your way. That is the best way to get involved, meeting other chileheads. We usually have a very strong showing at Weekend of Fire since it is more centrally located in the Cincinnati area.
I am in the chicago area, so usually nothing ever comes this way. I will be able to make it to weekend of fire, i can’t wait!! Hopefully will be able to meet you guys in person.
We will have a blogger’s booth there, so just let me know ahead of time, and we will put your name down on the list to get in free.
