Peppers at the Beach Review: Cajun Island

Nick Ney cooks up some blackened chicken for some of these on the spot reviewers. He uses his blackened spice to cook with, then pumps in some of his Blackened Bourbon Sauce to finish it off.

This was the BEST blackened chicken I have ever tasted. I’d like Nick Ney to cater my next BBQ!! – I bought 2 bottles of the Jazzy Jerk Sauce, but I’m going to order the other sauces online. Where can I get get HUGE pieces of boneless chicken like that??

I love Cajun Island sauces! The Bourbon sauce is great for dipping chicken fingers (or whatever chicken bit you’ve got) as well as using in sandwiches.
