NOLA: Intensity Academy’s 2010 Spicy Lick-A-Thon

The Intensity Academy Spicy Lick-A-Thon basically is a lollipop licking contest using the hottest known lollipop in the world. Registering at 1.5 million scoville units, it is pretty darn spicy. The object of this contest is to suck the lollipop down until it is gone. Intensity Academy is a multiple award winning sauce company just in case you did not know. Amongst those accomplishments were their new NOLA awards given to them at the show winning in quite a few categories. Well, they have made quite the leap with this here spicy lollipop. Watch and see what happens.

    Buddah, did you think that the lollipop this year was hotter? It was supposed to have been 1.5 million SHU at last year’s Lick-A-Thon.

    Yes, I do believe it was slightly hotter. They removed some of the sugar from the lollipop, so the heat came faster.
