Brian and I will be arriving mid-afternoon Friday. We’ll touch bases with all after we get checked in. I’m so excited. WooHoo!

Well it looks like I will be driving now, not looking forward to driving home 7+ hours on my birthday. I have to have either a root canal or a tooth removal on Thursday morning depending on what the dentist finds under my bridge. If my tooth can be saved, then I need a new bridge, if not then I need dental implants. I will be broke either way. This couldn’t come at a worse time, the day before I travel. Who knows how this will impact my trip. 😥

Patter Fam’s will need help in making up to 60 pb & j sammiches for their contest. JJ’s was supposed to help, but it looks like they are reaching out to us for that assistance for Saturday morning.

That sucks Buddah! I know you’ve been trying to get the tooth fixed for a while..don’t let it bother the trip.
No matter the outcome of this tooth ..if they pull it..you’re out a tooth and a bridge can’t be made over night..nor can implants…that will all come later. Aren’t you and Eric traveling together?

The contest is at 2pm, and the show opens up at 10am. It is 60 sammiches tops, depending on how many people enter.

It’s been a rough day, and only had 1 1/2 hours of sleep before work, then went right to the dentist afterwards. There will be no root canal, but I will have to have the tooth extracted and get a cap on another tooth and a dental implant. I should be completely broke by the end of it, estimating about $6000. If I am lucky it won’t be more. For the time being, I have a temporary cap which means I can not have anything chewy or sticky. Betty’s caramels!!! 😥 Why did this tooth problem have to happen on the heals of the show? Totally sucks to be me. I will put my best face on and come to the show for a good time and be with some good friends. On the road at 6am, see ya there!

Fear not, if you simply put the caramel in your mouth and suck on it until is disolves, you will enjoy it better and longer – don’t chew!!
