Another offering from New Orleans School of Cooking’s Chef Anne Leonhard, and this is my favorite from the class. One of the tastiest dishes of the entire weekend in New Orleans, and I had a lot of great food along the way. This soup is similar to bisque in it’s creaminess, and that has always been one of my top soup choices. The video ran a little long, so I chopped it into 2 parts, a total of about 15 minutes.
Once again there is some shakiness here and there, and I apologize again for my amateurish camera work. Even with that said I think you will be entertained by Chef Anne once again.
