REVIEW- New Orleans Hot Sauce- “Bourbon Street Bad”

I received this Louisiana style hot sauce a little after the NOLA Hot Sauce & Gourmet Show. They were geared up to go to the show, but were not ready yet to introduce themselves in such a venue. I am happy they are letting us try their new product, and doing a 3 person review with it. Besides myself, we have Michael Hansen & Parker to give you their thoughts on this hot sauce.

This is definitely one of favorite new discoveries for 2010. Sean, the man behind the sauce told me they are working on a habanero version called ”Bourbon Street Verd Bad” which will be their hotter version.

Fair question Firehead! Bourbon Street Bad does contain aged Tabasco and Cayenne peppers with our special blended spices. Also, like New Orleans, it has lots of hoodoo mixed in as well!

We appreciate you also letting everyone know that “Bourbon Street REALLY BAD” will be out soon and offers Habanero pepper heat that embellishes flavor without masking taste. Firehead, thanks for publishing the Cajun Brands.com online order link. Retaurants can also order online through “Hot Shots Distributing.” And, Bourbon Street Bad is currently rolling out retail to Spec’s Liquors in Texas with other retail coming soon in 2011. Thank you.

Hey Wayne, we thank you for your great write in and glad you like the alligator in the New Orleans’ French Quarter lamp! It represents the majic in every bottle of Bourbon Street Bad hot sauce with its blended spices and aged peppers made old French Louisiana style. Thanks again.
