Oh yeah!! Thanks TG for a fine review…It’s always appreciated, My first favorite dish with the North Star (as far as using the official post-production batch) was actually with the Dr. Bird. I let a nice pork shoulder sit for 12 hours generously rubbed in the Dr. Bird, I then put it into ‘ye old dutch oven, with a good amount of North Star, a little water and cider vinegar (to get the vapors going) a couple potatoes, some onion, a clove of garlic and 2 whole chocolate habs. I let that baby BRAISE THE ROOF for 3.5-4 hours…..I was pleased!!! Anyway if anyone is interested in this or any other HBD items we are having a “Nicole’s Birthday” special… it’s supposed to be for 24 hours on the 6th but for the ILoveItSpicy crowd it is active now through Sunday… enter the Discount Code “nicole” and get 24% off your order (excluding albo’gator), it’s 24% because she will be 24, genius huh! Thanks again TG!

I love grilling sauces. I’ve only tried the ones from the grocery store. I only found one with habaneros in it, it’s called Taste of Inspirations St. Bart’s Creole Simmer Sauce. Anyway, these Heart Breaking Dawn Grilling sauces look made for me, in huge bottles and diluted by other stuff, kinda like wing sauces, so they don’t burn so bad.
