Linda Samples Mystery Peppers

Linda Levinson from decided to take one for the team at the Fiery Asian Dinner during the North Market Fiery Food Show Weekend. She was trying to decide which pepper was the hottest, the orange or the red. I think she found out that answer. Thanks Linda for being the table guinea pig.

If it’s red it was a Moruga Scorpion or a Trinidad 7 Pot Jonah. I sent a good sized bag of both to CaJohn. These were hotter than the one Al ate because these were picked peak of season and then frozen. She is lucky most of seed membrane came out when I took out seeds or she would be on Life Support!

What a great video! Thanks, Buddah. I got to relive the moment. That meal was amazing, but I think many of us were a bit uncomfortable through the night. Would do it all over again in a second!
