    Ok…first off, Congrats AGAIN Johnny…lol

Second, Buddah…break it down Barney style for this dumb Cajun, Grains has to be my main ingredient for each category of the finger food?

Actually you have it the easiest Clement. You have it with the bread in the sliders and the wonton/pastry thingy. You have to highlight the use of grains as your main ingredient, but you are free to use anything else along with it. For example, you chose the bread for your sliders, and use anything in the slider you want that might assist the bread’s flavor profile. Use the link I sent you in the original email to help you out with the different kinds of grain foods you can use. eg- corn which is in 85% of food.

Johnny you should have saved that monster cake for the last and final round. Now if you do a dessert how are you going to top that cake!! Are you going to make a bigger cake and have Nicole pop out of it nekked! Since this site is PG it should be toned down to a bikini!

I wouldn’t say I have the easiest…bread for a slider is kind of cheating…but I have an idea or two…
