REVIEW: Uncle Dennis Food’s Searin’ Fire Sauce

We received some of Uncle Dennis sauces last year with some pretty good results. Those were the Smokin’ and Ragin’ Fire sauces. Now comes the Searin’ Fire, which would indicate an increase in heat over the other two. If you add some ghost chile in the mix, then you would more than likely pick up the heat a tad. We got 3 of our review squad to tackle this product- Wendy the Spice Goddess, Ryan Graub, Mer & his Friends. Mer also uses and reviews Uncle Dennis’ new Chipotle Powder Spice. You will see Wendy and Ryan’s reviews for that separately. Now onto the reviews…

Ryan – you hit it right on the button – Not a lot of heat – flavor, but not heat. I wanted to make the pepper more accessible to the beginner. Most sauces are more “burn your face off”. I don’t plan on much hotter than that.

Excellent review – on to the next videos!

Awesome review Wendy! Beginner sauces are what I’m all about – blending with food!

Mer – I particularly like the comments about “sharpening a machete”… Oh, and the “cheap imported beer” comment.

    Great review as always!
