Firehead Thomas is sharing some kitchen experimenting with us. He is mixing up a whole bunch of different products and working his magic with his favorite part of the chicken, the thighs. Here he is explaining the plan and preparing one of the marinades he will use. He is using Zydeco Hot Sauce’s Chronic Sting Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce and Heartbreaking Dawns Ivory Habanero puree in the mix.
In the oven, he is using Cajun Heat’s Voodoo Ash seasoning and their new and improved Mercy Beaucoup wing sauce to bake then grill some chicken thighs. You will see how everything turns out in the second installment.
