The Machine is showing off why we call him the Machine of the hot sauce community. Feast your eyes on what he will do for your entertainment. Heartbreaking Dawns’ Cardiff Giant ingredients are Trinidad Scorpion peppers, Tequila and Mojito hot sauce. This sauce also has 16 million capsaicin crystals which is pure capsaicin, it doesn’t get any hotter than that.

Thanks for posting the video Buddah, and thanks again to Steve for his insanity. He makes this look easy. I’m just glad we were able to get a little hiccup and drip out of him that should give those that know his capabilities an idea of the heat level. In my testing and development, I maxed out at about a 1/4 tsp. That was plenty! These went pretty quick, most shipping the day they went on sale. If anyone missed out we still have #16, 13 and 21.

Johnny, do you have any sauce left that’s not in a collector’s bottle? If so, let me know and how much you want for it. I need to place another order for sauces soon anyway. 🙂

I really liked it on pizza and in the queso dip…Johnny, are you still thinking of pouring it over mint chocolate chip ice cream?
