REVIEW: Four Sisters Habanero

This is our 4th out of 6 reviews for the Vietnamese gourmet company, Four Sisters Gourmet Foods from Washington. They seem to experiment with different peppers in each of their chili sauces they sent us. In this one we have the habanero, but we have also seen the Red Cayenne, Yellow Cayenne, green hatch chile, and upcoming reviews will be the Fatalli and the Ghost Pepper. Our review team is the same as before- Derrick Wood, Ken Alexander, and Wendy the Spice Goddess. You can visit the other reviews here:

I have seriously considered moving up to WA just to be closer to this company. Ok, ok, I’m planning on moving to WA anyways but I will be bugging these people every event they do!! One of my very favorite companies now.

Are you really moving? I guess your dream of a Zone Hot Sauce Show is over? Did you check Four Sisters’ website out? They have some other interesting products.

Eventually I am moving. We’re hoping by ’13. I am beyond sick of the 5 months of triple digits here in AZ. Far beyond. As for a hot sauce show, I still have ideas and thoughts that I will act on. I just want it to be done well. So it will be a long time from now. I’m sure WA could use some heat.
