Buddah Reviews Dragonfire’s Fra-Diavolo Sauce

This product was a Beta Trial Test, and the sauce has gone through some revision since I was given it for review. A new addition will be out at a later date. My comments are only reflective of the sauce I was given to test out.

A Fra Diavolo sauce is a spicy version of an Italian marinara sauce. This is a chilehead version of that with ghost and Thai chiles added into the mix. Dragonfire has been on a tear this past year in taking his small company and stretching his product line out from last year’s variable heat level original sauce. This is just one of the new products he introduced to me at the Bowers show. I thought it was going to be a multiple person review, but it never went that way in the end, so I am posting it as is. First lets see the ingredients.

Ingredients: diced and crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh oregano, garlic, and a mixture of bhut jolokia and Thai chiles.
