REVIEW: Sweetwater Spice Company’s Smoked Habanero BBQ Bath

Always something new to review here on ILIS. This time we introduce our very first spicy brine review. If you read on below, Sweetwater Spice Company explains the benefit of brining your food. Some stuff I was honestly not aware of. We will also be reviewing their Jerk Pineapple Habanero BBQ Bath brine as well next week, so please keep an eye out for that. I think we have a real winner here, and by the looks from their website’s “Store Locator” there is some available not too far off from where I live. I added the store locator below so you click right on it if you are interested to see if they sell products by you. There are a lot of great flavors to try if you take a look at their website. Watch the reviews and see if they do not peak your interest. We have Ken Alexander, Fiber Joe and the Father and son team of Zombie & Big Daddy B.

Taken from the Sweetwater Spice Company website to give you a little background about their products:

BBQ BATH IS THE BEGINNING OF GREAT BBQ.

Brines are the perfect preparation for grilling and authentic slow smoke barbecue because brining prevents overcooking – ensuring that the final product is moist and flavorful, something a sauce cannot do.

Only Brines can infuse flavors inside meat itself and only brine can lock in your BBQ’s natural juices.

Only BBQ brine concentrate can insure your barbecue with the gourmet flavors of Texas and the southwest and guarantee tender and juicy barbecue.

Fat free and all natural BBQ Bath is currently offered in three mouth watering flavor: APPLE CHIPOTLE, SMOKED HABANERO, AND LIME JALAPENO

Sweetwater Spice Co. also offers the REPUBLIC OF TEXAS ANCHO & CHIPOTLE BRISKET BATH for real Texas BBQ brisket.

BBQ Bath brine concentrates are ready-to-use, in the kitchen, the backyard, ot the stadium parking lot, making great BBQ has never been easier.

Simply cover your BBQ with BBQ Bath and equal parts water and let soak for 30 minutes (for individual pieces) to flavor your BBQ and protect it from the perils of uneven heat and overcooking.

Whether it’s the sweet top notes of east Texas, the complex smoked flavors of central Texas, or the Tex Mex fusion of south Texas, BBQ Bath will make flavors dance on your tongue.

The best part is, you don’t even need a grill! BBQ Bath infuses barbecue flavors into your meat just as well for roasting or frying ad it does for grilling and smoking.

Great on Poultry, pork, beef, and even fish, BBQ Bath makes great easy.

Thanks for the reviews – imagine how amazed I was to learn by watching them that our last batch of labels has a misprint!

These brines are 1:1 concentrates – not 3:1 like our Butt & Rib Bath and Brisket Bath products.
