Thanks to the contestants for some great dishes. Good Vids, and fun to watch.

One quick note to the contestants, sometimes the patterened and colored plates detract from the food. The food is the focus, and every little detail will become more critical as the contest progresses. Don’t use something that detracts the eye from your food. White or neutral colored plates will enhance and focus the eye to the food.

I’m not saying to go buy a new set of dishes. But maybe pick up a plate at the thrift store for $1.

good luck everyone, looking forward to the next vids~
