I am with you, Fiber. Man, I am still bummed. I feel like me and a girlfriend are breaking up. I ate some Ahrun’s Famous today (Which happened to be my first ILIS review but never meant to be) and got all sad.

“(Which happened to be my first ILIS review but never meant to be)” To clarify, I mean it was my first review but it never did make the site.

just received a prize package from one of my online cigar buddies. In it was a jar of Chugwater Chili Gourmet Chili Blend seasoning. Very tasty, can’t wait to make some chili using it.

On Friday, I am headed to Ruidoso to try to get into a specialty shop that is re-opening. If all goes well, we will be in the store and on the tables in the restaurant.

Does anyone here subscribe to Chile Pepper magazine? Is it a good recipe magazine? I want to try a copy, but on ebay it’s like $10 with the shipping for just one copy, might as well subscribe for that. They don’t have any 2012 recipes on their website that I could try before buying either.

Jen, it’s almost nothing but recipes anymore. Nice photos and lay out, there’s even an article or two now and then from some folks you may recognize. Nice magazine! I’m getting mail order right now, but will soon start purchasing single issues from my local Kroger store.

Hey Jen welcome back, long time no see. I hope all is well with your thirst for the best wing sauce. As for CPM, I just recently re-upped with them. I found a website that had a cheaper offer than what the magazine was offering so I jumped all over it. I can’t remember what site it was but I can search and see what I come up with.

Hi. Thanks, $15 sounds like a pretty good deal. Do you cook often from their recipes?

Hi. It sounds like a magazine that I would like then, since I am mostly looking for recipes. How much do the single issues cost at Kroger?

Not at all except in my dreams. I have some pretty recipes up my sleeve, but I do not translate recipes too well unless I am in the kitchen watching someone else show me.

I’m thinking 5 bucks an issue.

JenB the magazine is way better since Rick took it over, IT ROCKS NOW!!!!!! The last issue has a big section of seafood from Johnny of HBD’s and many others. It’s very cool !

I didnt get to go to Ruidoso today to get my products in Mountain Annies Store. The mountain is on fire. Maybe next friday after they get it contained.

Did you make any of the recipes lately? I tried bidding on a single 2012 issue on ebay, but it went too high. For that price I would just get the $15 subscription.

Does anybody know the difference between Atomic Wings and Suicide Wings? I always thought they were the same thing, but I found a restaurant near me that has both! Yummy. I also found another place that makes Ghost Wings. Finally, some good spicy places to eat.
