REVIEW: 7 Deadly Zings – Mango Gluttony
We are now at the 6th review out of 8 for the Puerto Rican company Flavor Merchants’ 7 Deadly Zings hot sauce product line. Our reviewers have had their disagreements with some of these sauces, but for the most part we have some winners in the group so far. They have a nice recipe list for each of their sauces that are quite unique(Check that out HERE for the document file). Besides a cool spicy mango caramel sauce, here is a twist on bacon using this sauce:
ZINGFULLY EASY: PARTY HEARTY MANGO BACON
In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup (packed) golden brown sugar and 2 oz of 7 DEADLY ZINGS Mango GLUTTONY.
Position 1 rack in top third of oven and preheat to 400°F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place large rack on lined baking sheet. Arrange 1 pound of thick-cut bacon slices in single layer on rack. Sprinkle MANGO GLUTTONY sugar mix evenly over. Bake until bacon is crisp and glazed, 15 to 18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
