Lenny Awards – Best Spicy Products of 2012

2011 Lenny Award

Welcome to the 2012 Lenny Awards! I have 15 Lenny Awards to present to the very best in the chile community. Plus, I will also name some very deserving spicy products that just missed the cut in what I feel was one of the greatest years for new fiery products since I started reviewing spicy goods back in 2007. Sure it is a long video, but there is only 1 Lenny Award ceremony and this is it. Please help support their recognition here today with a little purchase which will go a long way.

Thanks again to Jim Duffy for his awesome support of the Lenny Awards and so much more! Please support him at http://www.SuperHotChiles.com. His web banner is to the left of the page.

Thanks Al! This is a great award, not for the victory as much as what it stands for. I am honored to win in a category to go along with the achievement award! Thanks to Lenny for the inspiration for this.

Thanks for all the love Al!! Ditto to what Cajohn said, can’t say it much better than that. As a survivor of the “Big C” myself, this means a great deal!

This is a great community, with so many creative spicy product makers to make it hard to just pick a handful. I want to give back and show you that someone out there appreciates you and the hard work you put into your creations. Sometimes it is the small gestures that mean the most, and with the Lenny Awards I hope it is something I can continue to do for years to come. Thank you all for coming by with your thanks and good thoughts. It is appreciated. Now get crackin’ on 2013!

I just noticed that this is the 900th posting for ILIS. Time sure flies in a little less than 3 years. Quite a nice average we have.

So many great hot sauces here. I am in love with several of these myself and have a great respect for their creators. Jeremy, Ed, CaJohns, Hellfire, great sauces created by extremely giving and wonderful people. I love this Buddah.

It’s all about supporting the spicy community especially the small manufacturers. If we support them they will be around year after year making new stuff to enhance our meals. Thanks Buddah for the mention. And I wish all of you and your families a Blessed Christmas!
