A TRULY FOUR-ALARM FESTIVAL FOR THE MIDWEST
Spicy Food Productions Announces a Brand New Show!
(Columbus, OH) – Mark your calendars for June 28-30, 2013, and don’t miss the very first “ZESTFEST MIDWEST” at the Ohio Expo Center.
Zestfest in Irving, Texas is a tremendous success, and now we’re taking this show on the road. Now in its 11th year, the festival produced by Spicy Food Productions and presented by NBC, Dallas Morning News and Moore’s Marinade, has steadily grown from a niche gathering to a national event. Spicy Food Productions Owner Greg Bagarozy and his staff – Judy Fuhrhop and June DeRousse spends and entire year producing these events. What makes Zestfest so compelling is the massive amount of companies that deal in the hot and spicy industry from local homegrown start-ups to international brands, and it’s not just the consumers who are coming here to sample the wares, it’s retail buyers, restaurants and the watchful eyes of some of the country’s best chefs.
Visit with June DeRousse or Judy Fuhrhop this weekend while you are at Zestfest and book your booth for “ZESTFEST MIDWEST”. Prices for a 10’x10’ start at $600.00. We promise a weekend of fun and zesty food.

Ohio…Chilehead capital of the world…..
It certainly is becoming that.
So will this eclipse North Market in future years, making NM a “non-event”? But I guess this is a good thing for the community!
No info available vai the link..some one didn’t pay the bill…the link is parked.
In 1986 the oldest continually operating Ohio salsa and hot sauce manufacturer (and one of America’s earliest and longest running small companies) began in Columbus preceding most every company in the United states outside of a total handful (combined) of companies in the Bayou state, the Lone Star state, New Mexico and Arizona. The influence of Ohio-based salsa and hot sauce manufacturers has stemmed from that beginning and it is more than likely that Columbus manufacturing has continuously-produced more -innovative- salsas and hot sauces than any single city/location in the world.
We wee told it is forthcoming.
The website is still being built.
It certainly helps when you you have one of the most beloved and influential sauce makers based in Columbus. 😉
We wee?
But their chili is too runny….lol
The Cincinnati “Greek” specialty, however, it is one tasty meat sauce for coneys and the infamous 3,4,5-ways. Truly a unique regional specialty…
I love Cincinnati style chile any way I can get it especially 5way and on coneys!!!! IT RULES!!!! It’s awesome with pepper powder and hot sauce ! It’s killer with Franks Sauce on it too . 🙂
Machine, no saying the ‘F’-word around these parts. 😛
🙂
Nothing will eclipse the North Market show. Completely different style then all the others. RCSW will be in OHIO for both until they day one of us no longer exists…
