Feast Your Eyes on This Spicy Cooking Challenge 2013- Round 3

Round 3

Round 3 kicks off with a new challenge for our remaining 6. Tracy Carter of JAC’s Tailgaters was eliminated due to video editing issues and never had a chance to submit his video to us. Please give him your support and love going forward. Thanks Tracy! The video below will announce the winner and the new challenge. Our Round 3 sponsor is Texas Creek Products, makers of Pure Evil Capsaicin Drops. Add heat to your food without changing the flavor. Check out their newest formula with 1,560,000 SHU. Try with baked goods, sauces, soups, drinks, jerky or anything you think needs some extra zip. Pure Evil is not an extract and has no nasty extract taste, just be careful because it has some serious extract heat. Click on the banner for check it out.

Lets make this a little more clear for our contestants. If you make Chow Mein, you get all the ingredients that go into it. Plus you can still use as many CH foods as you want and still have 3 more ingredients. Cooking oil, butter, lard, etc counts as an ingredient. If it becomes part of the flavor then its part of the dish. Yet CHipotle flavored cooking oil or butter is free. Homemade CH foods are permitted, so if you make CHocolate Cake, all those ingredients are free. Its tricky navigation folks, but if you have a question then reach out to me.

Now if you want to create something new and different and stretch your creativity as far as you can take, combine the ingredients and take some risks. What can you do with ch

Cheerios, cherries, chicken, chocolate and chickpeas?

The challenge is to USE “ch” items so if you MAKE a chocolate cake (and use all of the ingredients there-in) would that be considered a “ch” entry or would the cake have to be incorporated into something else in order to be considered USED?

the chocolate cake would have to be used in some way or be the dish itself.
