REVIEW: Firefood – Spicy Chipotle Apple Butter

We have 4 different spicy products from the good people of Firefood to review for you over the next 4 weeks. Each product is different from each other. We start with this apple butter, then to a pepper relish, then to a spicy seasoning blend, and finish off with a fiery tomato sauce. Each review will be much hotter than the previous one. Our Philosophy
We make hot and spicy food products unlike anything else on the market. We believe hot pepper heat needs to be a part of the prep, cooking and finishing of a meal. A vinegar based hot sauce is fine but instead of a possible mismatch to the flavors, FireFood incorporates the heat and flavor! Our cooking sauces, relishes, pickles, seasonings, salts, olive oil blends and panko are created so there are great options for everyone, mild to very hot. Only the finest ingredients are used to create FireFood. Make FireFood your secret ingredient!

Our Passion
FOOD is our passion. We love to cook with chile peppers! We know that chile peppers have excellent health benefits and want to bring more people into the enjoyment of the flavors and benefits of eating chile peppers. Our recipes are original flavor combinations for savory, sweet with heat, seasonings and more! We have new products in development all the time. We grow peppers every year to try various varieties and now we can not nearly grow enough to make our products. We use as much locally as we can and hope to increase our local sourcing and develop long term relationships with growers and other vendors.

Our Vision
In creating a food line, we wanted to cover a broad range of product types so everyone can find many choices to suit their level of heat enjoyment. We are expanding with ever more interesting and original products and love all our customers and fans. We know there is nothing else like what we offer in the market and as we grow and see company growing, we see FireFood as who we are and what we are meant to do.
