The bottle you are looking at is simply the best Asian-style sauce I have ever had in my life. For 3 years at the Fiery Food Show in Albuddahquerque I have implored Chef Dean Martin, (not the dead lounge singer by the way) to take his Asian sauce and make a spicy variety. In 2011 he did just that. While it isn’t hot for the chilehead, it is even better than it was. The trace of heat comes through and I applaud Chef Dean for his efforts. For those of you that did not see the first part of “Tell Me Something I Didn’t Know”, I am exploring great products that go unspoken or forgotten in our community. Not only does this Asian sauce need to be tried, it needs to be shared with the world on ever Asian egg roll, dumpling and my favorite Roast Pork Lo Mein.
