We are bringing back one of the great hot sauces ever to be conjured up in this community. Brian Moon, once a well loved member of this computer fell out of sight and in doing so perhaps fell out of mind. In a recent shopping spree at Peppers, I came across a old bottle of Loco Luna’s Lava Gourmet Hot Sauce and couldn’t help wonder two things. Firstly, how old was it, and secondly was still good? The answer is yes, emphatically YES! The saw draws from both a tomatoey and vinegary combo with gentle spices that linger on your tongue to remind you that you want another hit.
