The Hot Sauce Guru vs Extracts

Mike, the Hot Sauce Guru from www.hotsauceguru.com takes on 2 extracts while at the Fiery Food Show. Two of the same ones that our hypnosis subject Scott Roberts took on.  First he visits the Chili Police of Germany to sample their new Painmaker Extract. Then he takes on the infamous Black Mamba over at the CaJohn Fiery Foods booth. Will he survive or buckle under the heat? Come see our newest chilehead brethren as he tests his chops against these formidable extracts.

I think Mike did a pretty good job considering he hadn’t eaten an extract sauce until the day before he tried these.

I wasn’t aware of Mike’s heat level, and it surprised me how well he took the heat. Very composed.

Awesome segment guys!! i tried the extracts Sunday morning and agree with most of your pros and cons… .in the end my intense heat purchase was the puree concentrate of Cajohn’s MONGOOSE. I like that type of heat/flavor much more than just the extract base.

I like Mongoose overall out of all of CaJohn’s super-hot extracts, much more than Black Mamba, Vicious Viper or Wicked Wanza.

I liked the Mongoose too, but Sue thought I was having a stroke.
