Part 3 Scott Roberts Interviews Mike Greening
This is part 3 of 3 video interview with the Ring of Fire hot sauce maker, Mike Greening.
If you have never had Ring of Fire hot sauce, then my dear chilehead, you have never had the pinnacle of hot sauces. Ring of Fire is my favorite hot sauce, and many claim to feel the same as me. At the Fiery Food Show, I arranged an interview with Mike Greening, the man behind Ring of Fire. There is no better person to do a hot sauce interview than Scott Roberts. So we found a cozy spot around the Sandia poolside to conduct the interview. The water sound around us is from the many fountains. I hope they do not distract too much what is to be an awesome and insightful interview with Mike. He shares everything from the start to the future of his business. He even talks candidly about his dealings with former Van Halen member Michael Anthony and the creation of Mad Anthony sauces. It surely will put a smile on your face.

Outstanding interview with the class of the industry. Mike & Diane make my favorite hot sauce that isn’t mine. I met them at ABQ in 1997, and have been a HUGE fan of theirs ever since! Great people and great products!
Buddah, it took this last installment 25 minutes to load (technical note)
Thanks for the compliment John. Scott is a great reviewer, and Joe certainly added something to the mix. Did you notice, I didn’t say a word for the whole 28 minute interview? Might be a record, at least when I am awake. As for the “Technical note”, you probably just needed to refresh the page and click it again. Sometimes it does it for me too. Might be a YouTube thang as well, but this video started up for me right away just now.
