This is more than just a Peppers at the Beach review. It is also a recipe given out by Annette Moore from Rising Sun Pepper Farm. She took their hot sauce and made a garlic beer cheese dip with it. It was beyond good. You will see that on the 2nd part of the video. My buddy Sean came in to taste test the dip with me. First though we have a 3 person review with Doug Spiros from www.peppersandmore.com, his son Tom, and our own Firehead Thomas as they try the 3 Pepper Garlic Hot Sauce.
Here is the recipe for their Garlic Beer Dip:
2- 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
4 oz (1/2 cup) of 3 Pepper Garlic Hot Sauce
1/2 cup of beer
Mix the cream cheese, the cheddar cheese and the ranch dip mix together, then stir in the beer and hot sauce. Top with cheddar and green onion(optional). Refrigerate to chill.
