Sorry man. Scott uploaded a new update yesterday and for some reason it was giving me some issues. It seems to be working now.

It looked like a cow tongue…I’ve seen big oysters before but this one looked like it was farmed next to the Nuclear power plant.

WOW! What an amazing oyster! Like to try one of those some day. I have no sound here so I’ll have to watch in the morning to get all of the details..I bet it was wonderful tasting! Did it have bite to it? Or was it so big that it was like pate?

Luckily I cut it into 3 pcs. In hind sight though, 6 would have been better!

Those are large Pacific oysters, and they were TASTY!

Speaking of oysters, when Chef Anne starts to describe Drago’s charbroiled oysters, you can’t help but drool. I think that is towards the end of the third video when she is talking about last meal before she dies. Then she mentions Mr B’s, forget I forgot that place while we were there. Next time we are going there.

    That’s what she said.

That was rediculous! Are you telling me that wasn’t a freak oyster and you can get more that size?

  • July 24, 2010 at 10:10 am

That one was by far the biggest one.

  • July 24, 2010 at 3:23 pm
