Intro: Wayne Brawley
Wayne was one of the first people that volunteered to be a reviewer for ILIS back when I made the request via Facebook around April. It took him this much time to get himself a workable camera. :photographer: Now that he has one, he made himself this little Introduction video for us to let you know him better. You might all ready know him from his postings or from his 2 Brothers Salsa, which we reviewed not that long ago, which you can refresh your mind on: CLICK HERE or at the NOLA show: CLICK HERE.
We look forward to seeing what he has to offer us in not just reviews, but perhaps some cooking demos as well. :chef: Here is his Intro video…
Welcome, Wayne!
:_punk:
I’d like to see Wayne, Danny, Huv, Cajohn, Xero etc… possibly doing some cooking demos with their own products on this site too…give us creative ideas on how to use your stuff, maybe Buddah & Scott can add a section to ILIS for this sort of thing???
I have told all my reviewers and many makers that their videos are welcome here. I keep asking for cooking/recipe with spicy food, but I am not getting too many submissions. I welcome it with open arms. :hungry:
I have a ton of “experimental” recipes with 2 Bros. Salsa… I will pick some of my faves and work on getting them filmed and on the air!!!
Awesome, looking forward!!
That’s doable…. and Welcome Wayne..
BTW another Peppers demo day coming SOON!
I’ll give you a demo on the proper boiling of seafood!!! NOT that pansy steaming…lick your fingers because the seafood has no flavor cr*p!!!!
You’re going down!!!
Clem, you probably boil your steaks too….
You guys are all talk and no action. Bring to Fire Mountain Krewe and settle it in front of chilehead foodies. :hungry:
That’s just wrong!!!
Nothing but 100% Black Angus Beef dry aged to perfection grilled over an open flame!
What else do I need to teach you?
Like I said…I’m game…talk to the Yankee!!!
You got it, and welcome Wayne
I am planning my first now.
Chicken Wings 4 Ways…featuring ALL of our products at Sweet Life Sauce Company. It is really cool to see how our Hot Sauces carmelize on the grill…light and crunchy when it’s all said and done….perfect amount of sugars to balance the heat of the habaneros, jalapenos, and cayenne peppers in our products.

Rob,
You should have posted this under the thread where your sauce is mentioned.
