Review: FunniBonz Barbecue Sauce

The only footage I was able to shoot at the Dc Metropolitan Food & Entertainment Show was at the FunniBonz Barbecue sauce booth. The show was so crowded and it was very hard to get any alone time to setup a review let alone film one. Jim Barbour, co-owner of this New Jersey company made some time for us. What led up to this was John Scrovak and me coming to the booth, and we ran into a very charged up couple of young ladies that had just sampled and bought the sauce. I got them on video to say a few words at what they thought of these BBQ sauce products. John was going to do the review with me, but he had a better offer to get some free beer at a MD show where the beloved Captain Thom was at. We did find an able substitute with his namesake Johnny from Heartbreaking Dawns. I even got his fiancee Nicole to be my camera person. Thanks!

Let us see what the outcome of our barbecue sauce review is.

With good marketing I’ll bet you could get an average sauce in Whole Foods. Just call it gourmet and charge a little extra. :lick:

Thanks guys for the wonderful review. Just one thing, FunniBonz is based out of the Princeton, New Jersey area, Jim and my wife Casi (Jim’s sister) attended college in North Carolina (UNC Greensboro). Thanks again!
