A Visit with Nick Ney of Cajun Island

On our trip to Columbus, Ohio for the Fiery Food Show, we made a must stop over to visit our good buddy Nick Ney of Cajun Island who had opened a restaurant over the past year. I was accompanied by my good Virginia buddy Eric and his Dad. Nick served up what seemed like the whole menu, bringing out dish after dish. The food was indeed fantastic. Count how many times I mentioned how great the blackened chicken and bow tie pasta was. :love:

    After tasting his sauces at Fiery Foods Show I had to buy them by the gallon so I could share them with my friends :hungry:
