Dreadhead Chef getting noticed
I met the Dreadhead Chef at Zestfest in 2009, and he was quite the hit with everyone I dragged to his booth to try his new age salsas. Nothing at all spicy, but zesty and delicious all the way. His company got some airtime recently on the Rachel Ray Show, as well as an appearance on the Cooking Channel’s Food Crafters show a few months ago. I am very happy for him, and want to give him a shout out in support.
If you want to try something like a dessert salsa, he has 2 choices and 2 options of sweet chips to go with them that you will surely love. The salsa choices are Strawberry Mango Fruit Salsa and Pineapple, Banana, Pecan Nut Salsa. They switched from macadamia to pecan to save money, but I am assured the flavor is just as great. The chip choices are chocolate and cinnamon. Together, the salsa and chips are a very creative and scrumptious treat that stands alone from anything this reviewer has ever encountered.
