This is our first Fire Dawgs Review. I learned real fast, that they love it spicy as much as me, and starting them with a mild salsa was not where I should have began. Either way, these fire fighters spoke very candidly about this tropical fruit salsa.
A little about Martian Salsa from the owner:
Hi I’m Michelle Scharlau, the founder of Martian Salsa. I grew up in Albuquerque, NM. The fertile soil from the Rio Grande and the summer rains along with the desert sun produced crops for my ancestors. They made savory meals that were distinctly New Mexican, a blend of Spanish and Mexican cuisine. Growing up, fresh salsa with chips was one of the harvest’s bounty. By fresh, I mean there are no additives, no preservatives, and there are all natural ingredients. To this day, I still plant a garden every year and my family and friends enjoy the fresh salsa produced from it. Now I’m making it on a larger scale for everyone else to try this premium gourmet salsa.
