Farmer’s Market Finds: Bigg Riggs Farm

Their whole name it now Bigg Riggs Farm and Gourmet Central. I did a product review several years ago for this company. It was one of my first reviews I ever did for the chile community. Back then they had 1 spicy product and a couple of jams and jellies. Now they have a huge array of products and are also co-packing for other companies. It is wonderful to see the success of a local company. Although, you more than likely have never heard of them, they use their farm grown produce to create some unique products, and I love helping support local produce.
