Happy 4th!!!!! Today I’m doing a sea-salt and light chipotle cowboy steak with a Chimichurri Sauce….. Whole grilled stuffed fish (type depends on what’s in and fresh at the market)…some type of stuffed Jalapenos, and some more Mexican Elote Corn! :birthday:

just woke up a little while ago and finishing up my supper. Leftove Little Ceasars. Pizza, Pizza!! Have to work tonight, won’t even see the fireworks! Wal Mart is feeding us tonight though. Burgers, dogs and all the trimmings.
