REVIEW: Mudflats’ Ragin’ Cajun
This is our 4th review out of 6 for Mudflats’ Bar & Grill, and this is the first one that doesn’t have a fruit or pepper in it’s name. The first was Honey Jalapeno, next was the Apple Habanero, then yesterday’s review was their Mango Chipotle. So now we have a defined American flavor/heritage. It also seemed fitting the day some of us leave, including me, to New Orleans for the NOLA Hot Sauce & Gourmet Show that we would do up a review of this product. We once again bring back our review squad of Wendy the Spice Goddess, The Machine and Chef Jeff. Let us dig for another recipe from their website that seems fitting for the trip to NOLA:
