That’s exactly my situation and goals as well. But I’m having someone do a write-up and take some photos of the Houston show.

just noticed the vendors list. Is this a hot sauce festival or a home show/craft show with some hot sauce companies mixed in?

It is an outside show much like Bowers.

Indoors, outdoors, whatever. Looks as if over half the vendors have nothing to with hot sauce. Unless the psychic can tell you if your ass will burn the next day after eating spicy things!

I attended last year, and there is definitely enough spicy products to make a chilehead happy. Most shows mix it up to please those that attend with their significant other that don’t like it spicy.

The great memories from last year’s show. My favorite videos from the ILIS video vault.
