The Ultimate Chilehead Comfort Food Showdown is about to shake the roots of this bracket. I so love both of these comfort foods. When you get good BBQ Ribs there isn’t anything much better than that in the world of food. Yet, when you talk about comfort, is there anything more comforting than ice cream during a hot Summer day? I considered myself an ice cream fanatic LONG before I called myself a chilehead. Ice cream used to be my favorite sweet food/snack food.
That having been said, it’s hard to imagine a world without ribs. I don’t know; for me it’s a coin toss to decide this one. 😐
