UCCFS Fiery Four- Chicken Wings (1) vs Ribs (4)

Here we are at the Fiery Four of the Ultimate Chilehead Comfort Food Showdown. It has been months in the making, and it is only 3 showdowns away from determining the champion. These two strong comfort foods have blazed their way to the finishing line, but only 1 can go to the final round. Chicken Wings had the closest battle to date in the last round versus Nachos. It went into overtime before Chicken Wings took the lead for good. Ribs merely played with their opponent, Grilled Cheese before it vanquished them. Ribs had relatively easy victories by the look at the vote count, but against Chicken Wings the shoe might be on the other foot this time. You never know though. The love of BBQ is strong. Maybe Nachos took so much out of Chicken Wings they will go in all tired and flapless. We shall see.
