The PepperNutz Pineapple Persuasion hot sauce is one of our first hot sauce releases in our ROC CITY line of sweet-heat sauces. We modeled this line after our home town of Rochester, NY where PepperNutz was founded and still operates out of today. This sauce is small-batch crafted, all-natural, and steps up into a mid-range heat level.

This sauce secretly disguises the heat behind a light blast of pineapple, garlic, honey, ginger, and sugar cane. The blend of fruits, peppers, and spices makes this sauce very versatile, but we love it on seafood, pizza, and omelets.

Ingredients:  Pineapples, Water, Onions, Habanero Peppers, Natural Sugar, Vinegar, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Garlic, Lime Juice, Honey, Citric Acid, Salt, Ginger, Spices, and Xanthan Gum.
