Our inspired hot sauce has history. Its origins are traced back to the West-Indian countries of Jamaica, Trinidad, and Barbados. The earliest immigrants from these countries arrived in Bocas del Toro in the late 1800s to work on the Banana farms of the United Fruit Company. Over the next 60 years thousands more moved to Bocas del Toro quickly turning this island archipelago into a hotbed of inspirational flavors.
