Congrats go out to Hudd who rallied the troops to pull out a very close vote against the popular “Gates of Hell”. So without further adieu welcome to the new off-topic thread, “Fireside Chat”. We are going with Fireside as one word because that is how it appears on Wikipedia, and just about in most internet sites I found it mentioned in.
Here you can talk about anything as long as it is legal and not so obscene that the mere words would cause a riot. Not everything needs to be about spicy food, so if you want to talk about how the government is using the word “Anti-Oxidant” to fund it’s military, then go for it. I sure will.

gates of hell
It was decent. Certainly not a bad flick. It had elements of a lot of other movies, like the Lord of the Rings films. Lots of CGI, but the action and fight scenes you’ve seen ten times already. I would say it’s worth a rental from Netflix but not much more.
That’s awesome. I absolutely love his cookies.

Did you freeze a piece of the cake from last year? My Sister told me it was tradition. I am not sure I would eat that a year later. Either way, enjoy, and give Bill a wet willie for me. 😈
