As we approach the Super Bowl, many people plan parties, but a must have at any chilehead party is the buffalo wings. We have a few award winning wing sauces to review for you this week, starting with this one, Bonfatto’s Fire in the Hole, their hottest version. The second wing sauce will be Apple Pepper Jack, and the 3rd review will be a different wing sauce for each reviewer. Thanks for the honest reviews guys. Mike & Wayne – the grainy apperance isn’t really garlic or butter. It is the different peppers that are in the sauce.

I look forward to your other reviews.

@Mike – I didn’t think the heat was all that at first, until I sat down and ate a half dozen wings, and the heat built up fast…made tears roll down my cheeks…so, it’s a sneaky heat. Also, I didn’t notice any powder…..

I really, really enjoyed this sauce! I sat down to some football with about 15 wings and as you said Thomas, the heat really kicked in after about 4 of them… Truly, the more I had of this sauce, the more I liked it! Great job Bonfatto’s!!!!
