Glad you guys enjoyed the salsa! The “HEAT” debate is a tough one. This certainly wouldn’t be considered HOT for a true chile head, but it is plenty HOT for the average consumer. With the salsa’s and rub’s, we’ve been toning down the heat to be more “consumer-friendly”.
