REVIEW: Sweetwater Spice Co Pineapple Jerk Habanero BBQ Bath

This is our 2nd and last review for the Sweetwater Spice Company. The first one was for their Smoked Habanero BBQ Bath which you can see HERE. Both products are a spicy brine concentrate. We have never done any brines of any kind until these reviews. I have never tried to brine anything in my life and after watching these two reviews, I am definitely interested in trying one from this company some where down the road. Our review team is once again Fiber Joe, Ken Alexander and Zombie and Big Daddy B.

Hello fellow Chileheads. I’m a greenhorn, but entering 5 sauces into the ZestFest competition in Irving, TX later this month. I hope to meet some of the great folks I’ve come to know via the Chileheads group on Facebook and come back a much wiser man.

Our brand is Duke & Baron’s All American. My partner Brad Baker and I started this company with the goal of making a contribution to our Armed Service Men and Women, past and present. We feel that one of the most important sacrifices anyone can make is defending our great Country. To show our appreciation, and to stimulate others to show their appreciation, we’re going to donate one product for every product sold to someone who is currently, or has previously served our great country.

We hope to do well in Texas and we know that we’ll learn a lot and hopefully bring some awareness to our product line as well as our cause.

    Cheers’
